Search function is your friend. Been covered many times...

BUT....

F&F are known for going the lowest... can literally thread them down low enough to sit on the ground. Type 1's are non damping adjustable but most guys who run SLAMMED say it rides nice. Type 2's are adjustable so you can dial in the ride to your own preference.

Tein just came out with the Basis (theres a writeup review @heeltoe's website) but they look to be a really nice setup.

Tein Super Street (what I am currently on) ride awesome. Dont go low enough for my preference (front threaded all the way down and on TypeS 17" wheels) I have a 24.5" measurement to center top of fender well. Cant complain about the ride at all and if you want you can get the EDFC which allows you to control the damping from inside the car.

Dont know much about Megan Coilovers so cant help with those...

im on FF Type 1s and the ride is stiff but i have gotten used to it. ive been on coils for 3 months now and it is my daily driver. i dont really get any complaints from passengers either.

FF1s give you a huge range of height adjustability though. i highly recommend them.
