springs and shocks or coilovers?

Been decideing on getting springs and shocks but dont know any good brands. who has the most comfortable ride with springs and shocks that is quite low? I need some feedback. Or should I go with coilovers? but wat kinda coilovers?

Id recommend searching this forum. There are tons of opinions on what people like. I personally like H&R springs and Bilstien or koni yellow shocks. It all depends on how much your willing to spend

If you're looking for an ride height adjustable coilovers and a firmer than stock ride (but not stiff or jarring) I would recommend TEIN Basics. They include 4 shocks and springs mated for each other and you get ride height adjustability. You can also lower the vehicle pretty aggressively with the setup without sacrificing ride quality.
