Goodyear Comfortreads perhaps? They come recommended by people I know and have 80,000 mile tread life.

how are those extreme contacts? i'm on falken 512's and definitely a grade up from stock. better traction esp. in rain. i dont know about snow, since they all spin no matter what. but i tested these at a dead stop and they held on good in the rain compared to when the stocks kept on engaging TCS. these are definitly worth my vote but i haven't tried anything other than stock and goodyear assurance tripletred (on sale in blackmarket - 16"). only drove about 500 mi on the goodyear then bought new tires for new rims, so can't say much but overall Falken 512's bought them after reading many nice reviews about them on the forum. and the price wasn't bad either.

- a side note : when buying tires, find a cheap price online, then go to Sears, or National Tire and Battery (NTB) or somewhere else where they have a price match gurantee. got the falken for 80$ a piece. forget where....

the best tires when considering all season/price/performance (handling)/comfort

btw, the goodyear sucked at performance - i did a 180 when i was making a hard left - spun and bent a rim hitting the curb. that's the reason why i got a new set of TSX rims. hated my stock rims anyways.. but you want smoothest.. so maybve it doens't matter... i gotta say they were smooth and quiet from stock..
