I have a 99 TL with about 82 K on it. I bought it a few months ago from a dealer. I think the ride is a bit rough/bumpy and wondering if its the right time to replace the shocks/struts.

Can someone recommend a good brand that provides smooth handling.

i have tokico illuminas with eibach pro kit...



can't go wrong, if your not gonna adjust them might as well get the hp blues.

kyb are pretty inexpensive but i have no experience with them.

 

the TL isnt known for a smooth ride. Its always been a firm ride.

 

Get Tokico, you will get the firm smooth feeling. When the struts went bad they do feel rougher like what you said.
