Rims Question Need Help

Hello Everyone i am looking to get these http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/pts/1540466958.html

I currently have 03 Acura Tl not lowered stock everything and im wondering if it will fit.

Also, does anyone have an experience with ADR?

Can't hurt to make sure they are 5 x 114.3. The pictures show 4 bolt pattern...
