rims

hey guys, im completely new to this forum and I just saw a set of rims for sale on the black market that really have my attention....they are 18x8.5 with a +35 offset and 235/40/r18 tires.....Im searching but if someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it!!

They will fit at stock height if that's what you're asking. Are you lowered or planning on lowering?

I've called 3 local shops and they cant give me a direct anwser cause the seller had these wheels on a 2004 TL and that year is suppose to have an offset between 40-48....if they fit on his 2004 with a +35 offset why would they not fit on a 2003 since my suggested offset is 42-50....any input would be appreciated guys....my ride is a 2003 type S.

3g tl wheels are wider than stock 2g type s wheels, and even when we put 3g wheels on our cars would need fender work if lowered.

more low= more work

since you have teins, even when you're maxed out you would probably only need minimal fender work
