Wow some of you guys are out of control. There is no need for the bashing. I think the wheels looks aight but like you said yourself the ride is gonna suck. If you trully hate the ride your best bet is to put them shyts on ebay and sellem quick before you screw them up even more and get nothing for them. As others have said, this is a good forum and the people here generally are easy going and respectable and you can learn alot here. But seriously get rid of those bruh your gonna regret it big time.

eh 20"s arent sooo bad but those rims are just... ugly... sorry I have to say it. Like everyone else has said there is no real way to get a good ride with that set up. The bigger the rim the smaller the tire the worse the ride quality gets.

My advice? Just like everyone else has suggested. Get rid of those rims ASAP they are not flattering AT ALL and the with rubber band tires like that you are destined to destroy them! Get some nice 18"s lower it a bit and call it a day.

OK I think we're done here.

zin0, bottom line is you purchased wheels and tires without first understanding what makes sense.
You literally have no sidewall absorbing road noise and bumps and will continue to rip through tires and destroy wheels everytime you hit a rough patch of road.

If you truly came on the board for assistance, we have tried (albeit most had problems with delivery) to tell you that the wheel/tire combination will cause you nothing but heartache. You really need to get a wheel/tire combo that has a better fitment. Style is subjective, as you've seen.

the weight of those wheels will destroy your bearings, tranny, brakes and other things..there are wheels designed to actually work with our cars...but, it is all about what YOU want to do and whether or not you want to take the risk to suit your preference

Like others stated...the lower you go numerically on the sidewall height, the harsher the ride will be. You have no cushioning effect. Lowering only makes it worse.

Personally I think those rims need to be on a SUV...sorry but thats my honest opinion..

The ONLY 2G Ive seen that looks good with 20's is mikeys..

Good luck

It's funny how everyone hates on zin0 and other's with cheap, chrome 20's here on azine, but he says all he gets are compliments where he's from. We shouldn't attack people for being different than us. Some cultures like to do their own thing even if we think it's disgusting. Different car enthusiasts are into lifted trucks, slammed trucks, ridiculously wide tires that stick out of the fenders, loud colors, decals, donks, etc. but it's their culture, so we shouldn't threaten them. Personally I don't like 20's, especially in chrome for our cars, but our azine community is going to be seen as a biased forum. im going to try holding my lip from now on and you guys should too. simple opinions like "i dont like them" and reasons for that would be sufficient.

so we arent allowed to say whether or not we like or dislike things on the forum unless given permission by the OP? things sure are changing on the internet. i dont agree with bashing the OP himself. but i wouldnt post up pictures of my car on a car forum and expect it to be all sunshine an roses. my

free speech FTL?

1) New member asking for advice on how to make the ride more comfortable
2) Member gets flamed by others
3) Very few members bother to answer his question
4) Members need to be warned

End of story. Thread closed.
