go to torontoaccords.com and pm a guy named battleendless, you can get the rotora drilled/slotted rotors and pads, i think its cheaper get it locally because right now he has a sale on and you dont have to pay shipping and duties. i was gonna get the rotoras but im poor so i went with ebc, which i LOVE so far, though im only braking lightly as per ebc bed-in procedures

call JRP its in oakville and see how much they have the ebcs for www.ebcbrakes.com i got the 3GD rotors and the green stuff pads

make some calls, pm the vendors here and see how much shipping will be, but if it turns out to be close in price, i would still recommend local because you will be hit with some hardcore duties lol

and I dont think it will void your warranty installing yourself, you should its very easy, but call acura customer service and inquire just to be on the safe side

If you can drive over to the States to pick stuff up ... you will save a lot. I bought my Racingbrake Rotors and Hawk pads from heeltoe (vendor here) but I had him mail the parts to a friend's house in Detroit. I paid the duties, etc when I brought the stuff over. Braking feels totally different compared to stock brakes. (But I'm not hard on my brakes -- OEMs never warped on me)

If you are not an aggressive driver, why not buy OEM brakes and install them yourself? If you have the tools, it's not hard at all. Did it at my uncle's house (he's a mechanic) and we did it in a couple of hours. Just need an impact wrench to save a lot of trouble getting off the rotors.
