Max Height of Ground Controls ?

Hey I am new here. Just bought a tl-s that was previously lowered with springs and tokico hp's. The problem I am having is with winter coming up I can't pull into my driveway as low as I am. I was looking for a good solution for a winter setup. I wanted to see if anyone knew how high the Ground control coil overs can be set and how far from stock it is. I know in the long run I want to run ground controls with some koni yellows, just don't have the money yet. I might end up trying to find some stock springs to give my car a raise for the winter. Anyone have any ideas ? I feel like I am not sitting very low at all, my driveway is just a steep killer, and with no street parking in the winter I don't want to see my bumper get chewed up.

Here's a pic of how it currently rides.

On a side note, this is my first time driving lowered and it seems addicting. I def want to drive lower when the weather is good and I never park in the driveway. Just getting through the winter seems to be the deal breaker.

I think that height is fine. If you get GC you might as well get the Koni's at the same time because from my understanding the GC have a specific set for Koni shocks.

Why don't you run full coilovers like Tein or F2? Cool Spongebob in the back haha

I didn't want to go with full coil overs because for the price range 700-900 I feel that the ground control's with koni yellows are the best bang for the buck. Getting tein's that are worth it would cost me over 1,000. I am pretty sure I'll be buying a new setup in a week or so. That said, I am still wondering how close to stock height can the ground control's get ? Also, does anyone have any idea how many inches it looks like I'm dropped ?

Flash why don't you invest in one of those pads that you put at the end of your driveway to lessen the incline...I see them all over and they'd work really well and be cheaper.

This sounds like a great idea! I was thinking of different ways to do it, wood 2x4's ect. Could you post a pic of what you're talking about ? It's not only my car that has difficulty with my driveway and a set of pads to lessen the incline would help my friends and family.

@BlackAc02 - I have no idea how far I am dropped. I'll try to post up some info on the springs I currently had when I do my new suspension. I'll probably be selling them if I can anyhow. I am lowered not too far from stock. Hopefully with some coilovers I can be slammed in the summer.

Hey Flash here's what I'm talking about, they're called driveway curb ramps:

You can certainly find ones that are less expensive though.

I am going to order the koni's and GC tomorrow. Anyone know what spring rates I should get ?

Function and forms seem tempting at the price, but if i was going to order those I would want to go with type ii's.

Anyone think that the function and form type ii is better than the koni\GC setup ? With so many options it's hard to not start second guessing your choices.

thx for the input guys.
