Lower help
you can get lowering springs, spring and shock combo, or adjustable coilovers. just lowering springs will be mounted on the stock shocks, but its not recommended since stock shocks wont last too long on the lowered ride high (remember our cars are getting older now, stock shocks are prob wearing out). you can get shock and spring combos like B&G kit, H&R springs with KYB GR2 shocks, and many more combos. and there are lots of coilovers to choose from which are preferred for there adjustable properties.
i have the B&G kit, its a budget shock and spring combo which has impressive handling and moderate ride hight drop. the ride is slightly stiffer than stock , but more stable and controlled over bumps since it has matched shock and spring rates. not too many member have the B&G kit, not sure why, its a great kit for the money.
anyways hope this helps

Thanks! Great info. How much are they and were would you recommend buy them? And is this something I could do at my auto class? Or should I take it to the dealership to have them put it on?
