1999 TL - installing new suspension

I have decided to keep my 99 TL since having a remaned transmission put in 2 weeks ago. Now I need to replace a few items that have been neglected over the past few years. Main item now is the suspension.

So far I have pieced together The KYB GR2's (Part #341257/341258) front and rear struts. I also will be replacing the upper mount plates and insulators front/rear(part # SM5584, SM5585), new strut boots w/ bump stops (part # SB108, SB107), and New rubber dampers (upper and lower) with new collar and washer (part # SM5058).

Is there anything else I need to assemble the shocks? Don't want to have to take anything apart twice. I have installed coilovers before on my 3G TL by myself (simple swap of the suspension) but I have heard a few horror stories about missing washers, struts poking through the strut tower, etc. when assembling a new suspension setup. I'm not looking to lower my car any because my wife will be driving it also. I just want a comfortable ride (OEM like) without spending too much money.

ps. all those part #'s are from rock auto if that make any difference. Thanks in advance

Thanks crabman!

I noticed I also need the lower spring insulators. Does the front not have one? I see the part # for the rear lower insulator (Part # 13)

Honestly, you shouldnt need anything more than the shocks, and the mounting hardware (#4/13 and 7/3 in the image above). The rest of the stuff shouldnt need to be replaced.

My 1999 TL has 230k miles. I live on a gravel road.
The ball joint needs replacing (creaky) according to the mechanic.
The suspension rides fine--but it's loose and clunky-especially when I hit little bumps or washboard.
I'm not an experienced mechanic-but I can do basics. I've done: brakes, bearings, starters, alternators, fuel pumps, changed all fluids (differentials, etc.)

What should I buy?
I'm assuming I can do this myself--but don't want to get in over my head.

Rock Auto has a kit for $310 which includes ball joints, tie-rod ends, control arms--does this replace all the right bushings? Should I replace struts while I'm at it? How hard is that? What about rear end?

Springs don't need to be replaced from what I can gather on here. I'm fine with OEM ride--don't want to lower it, etc.

Help from all you smart people is appreciated!
