Question Help...will these rims fit?

I have a set of Enkei CP1's off my old car and want to know if they will fit on my '02 TL-s. They are 17x7.5 with a 42mm offset. Will these work, or should I get rid of them? Thanks for the help.

Things to consider: Is the bolt pattern the same ( 5 lug 114.3)? Is the car dropped? If so these will probably rub (I have a set of 17X7 with 45 mm offset and the wheels are pretty much flush with the fender.

Bolt pattern is the same (5x114.3). Car isn't dropped. I one on yesterday, and it looked to fit. The thing that worries me is the offset. Stock size of a TL-S rim is 55mm offset correct? How will a 42mm offset effect fitment?

I guess the question is, for those of you who have low offsets, did you have your fenders rolled to get those wheels to fit? Also do they rub when you have a full load in the back?
