help! wheels

hey guys, i read the sticky but still am a little stuck. ok so the wheels are Sport Edition E3 http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...4x032&code=yes
i got them for free and needed new tires soon so i wanna upgrade.
ok the sub-centric rings with the rims were 73mm outside diameter and 60.06 on the inside. thats because they came of a toyota camry 2007. i have a 99 tl so i got these sub-centric rings:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...222065802&rd=1
if the link doesnt work, the rings are Inner Diameter: 63.90mm
Outer Diameter: 73.10mm
so now comes the question with rubbing, the rim is 8" wide so that makes it 48 offset right? so i probably should be fine... right?
now with the tires, whats the best size to get? i want a comfortable ride.

ok for starters our car needs 64.1 for hubcentric rings. Yours are too small at 63.9

2nd rim width does NOT make offset. Look at the back of the rim for the stamping that states the offset. Find that and we can help to tell you if it will rub.

no man that will be hard to fit. if you put 5mm spacers, final offset will be 33 not 43 making it even worse. I think you got that offset thinkg in reverse like any other new person to the wheels. been there

your offset is a +38. If you add a 5mm spacer you will be a +33 (like stated above) A 8" +38 will really be pushing it and you will most likely rub a lot and you will need to roll fenders and cut tabs and that probably wont be enough.

What are they? 17s? 18s? 19s? I have to know that to help you.

Does "1670" under size mean these are 16x7??

16s FTL. Rolling stock would look better.
