Dropping my ride, w/o the civic feel......

Well i just got my TL last week and i love it (except the tranny sh@*t ive been hearing about!) but its time to drop it, just a couple of questions for all, i want the stock feel(or close), can i put TLS struts with like Eibach sport springs on and get the "close to stock" feel? and how about a camber kit? and i want 18's, whats the right backspacing and offset?

they will fit, bout there wont be any gains from them. if your going to spend money on shocks, get better shocks. get some Koni yellows. dont waste your time on the type-s shocks that will wear out cause your lowered

what, you think the koni yellows still have a good feel? and what springs should i go with, the eibach, comptech, or any others? i need some good input, cause im gonna spend some dough on this thing and i want all the good shit, ya know, ive had 3 civics, and a beamer, but no Ac's, and i love this ride......let me pick your brain, how about engine mods, i dont want to get too deep into the engine, its a good motor, so im probily gonna keep it pretty simple, CAI, AEM v2 or Comptech icebox? Headers? I will get pullys, how about a ECU ugrade or chip? And exhuast, not much gain there, but better than stock, but whats the quietest one? And is all of comptech shit so expensive? Damn.................Oh is that the offset for the F/R? and what can i get away with as far as tire size without rubbing(with people inthe back?

tein SS, you can adjust the feel, soft - stock - hard, anyway you want it, plus you can raise and lower, best for the buck

do some searching they are NOT the same motor and no you cannot just simple install stock foglights its very very involved its defenitly doable but it takes alot of work.
some differences between type s and tlp are on the type s bigger wheels, more power, different headrests (and or seats??), stiffer suspension. There is also a difference between pre 99-01 tl's and 02-02 tl's. The newer ones have a different front end (this is where the fog light came in), different tailights, and a few other minor differences.
