i've never dropped any of my cars but when you do do you lose ride comfort? is there any way around it?

 

yes, you will sacrafice some ride comfort but major improvement on handling. If you are looking for a drop w/out losing much comfort, i suggest you to go with Tein SS which enable you to adjust damping. Or you can get the adjustible shocks (such as Tokico Illumina or Koni) and put them on the softest setting.
