I want to dipp my factory Type S rims in chrome. So far the best price I was able to find was on ebay for about $500 for the swap + $88 shipping each way. Which is $676. I was wondering if there is somewhere I can get it done closer to the $500 mark?

 

In all honesty, that is a decent price. I paid $650 total which included the chrome exchange wheel company sending me the chrome wheels, the tire place dismounting and remounting of the new chrome wheels back to my tires, balancing and shipping back to the chrome exchange company. Actually, Discount Tire Company did the chrome exchange for me, so I really didn't pay any shipping. The costs must of been added into the cost of the wheels themselves ($650), but I didn't pay anything extra.

Wow, great price man. Mine does not include mount and dismount... I wish I can get that deal in NJ.
