What is expected cost to replace Cv Boot(s) 0n a 99 TL ?

Who told you you needed to replace them? Did you inspect them? How long have they been torn? If it were me I would just do new halfshafts and be done with it.

Looks like they run about $225 each at the dealer + installation. I would go to a local mechanic to have them done.

If they are torn they may need to be rebuilt inside. If sand and debris got in them it may have caused damage. Check with your parts stores. May can get remans of them cheaper. Or check with a tranny shop and see how much they want to rebuild and repack them with grease
