Bearcat94 has done an excellent job cleaning up the 2G side of the forums. Don't get him upset now!

Do you have to drop the sub-frame for the front sway bar like on the 3G?

I agree the rear is straight forward (if you can get the end-link bolts un-done).

So our cars come with an OEM rear sway bar? And the the aftermarket one like eibach, comptech are more rigid, which mean less body roll? Right?

Yes. TL-S is 19mm iirc.

After market are usually bigger (comptech = 22m; progress = 24mm) for less twisting/flexing.

Sway bars help share the load between right and left suspension, so a thicker/more rigid bar should share more load = less sway/lean/roll when turning.

Got it and the progress one, we would get the the 3G one and replace the OEM TL-S one.

It fits.

I think some have concerns about whether it might be too much to work with other susp parts.

Upgraded/Replacment Sway Bar End Links are also available. MOOG is pretty popular; a bit beefier than OE.

I'd suggested Graphite Impregnated PolyUrethane bushings too; no grease required. Check Energy Suspension (Black).

yea fronts are a PITA to get out/in.

I'd suggest (if you don't have access to a lift), going as high as you can on jack stands.

and the front endlinks, where they bolt to the lower arm, are also a bitch to get out without the proper tools.
