I agree the rear is straight forward (if you can get the end-link bolts un-done).

Yes. TL-S is 19mm iirc.
After market are usually bigger (comptech = 22m; progress = 24mm) for less twisting/flexing.
Sway bars help share the load between right and left suspension, so a thicker/more rigid bar should share more load = less sway/lean/roll when turning.

I think some have concerns about whether it might be too much to work with other susp parts.
Upgraded/Replacment Sway Bar End Links are also available. MOOG is pretty popular; a bit beefier than OE.
I'd suggested Graphite Impregnated PolyUrethane bushings too; no grease required. Check Energy Suspension (Black).
