Coils are squealing like a pig..

Just my front driver side is squeaking.. im not sure why. All the other 3 are fine. Any input?

its not the coilovers man, im on F2s and i have the same issue. ive been told its a common issue and its a lower ball joint. havent replaced it to find out if its true or not.

hopefully someone else can chime in that has had this and fixed it...

Lol ironic how my mom and sisters do nails but i dont cut them myself.

Do i need to replace the ball joints or just lube them up with something?

lube doesnt seem to do anything, ive tried. they need replacing. ive heard this issue comes back alot too. it didnt happen to me until after i lowered it, so im thinking it has to do with lowering.

How long have you been lowered and how high are you off the ground?

Ive been lowered for about a month and about 1 1/2 inch off the ground.

My coils are set to as high as they go, so I'm pretty high still, fender is right on top of the tire. I've been lowered since the summer sometime.

Is there a DIY for this? I need to replace my rear driver endlink for some MOOG one's also.. broke during coil install .

Hmm.. i wonder if anyone else has this problem.

lol i broke my rear driver endlink during install too haha plenty of people have had this problem from what ive read. ive just been too lazy to go buy and get it fixed.

Ahah mines been broken for about a month now, gonna upgrade to moog ones when i can.

My friends suggested to go slow around corners thats all. i didnt notice anything different, i did go a bit quick around a corner and it handled fine LOL.

So did you guys replace it with the moogs lower ball joint yet? Just wanna see how it went since I have the same problem.

Lol i havent replaced it but funny story, i went even lower since i posted that video and the squeaking went away. I stiffened up my coilovers yesterday and the sound came back LOL. Its not as loud as before though but i can hear it.
