Adjustable Shocks?

I dropped my 2003 tl-s and I the drop is not very low and I was gonna change the shocks anyways. And somebody mentioned adjustable shocks. Are they any good and what brand of shocks would make my suspension stiffer?

So I got tein H-techs which was a bad idea cuz the drop was so unnoticeable in the front. So can I adjust it a little lower? Does it work that way?

You need to buy the Koni or Koni SP3 shocks if you plan on adjusting height and using the springs you bought. If not you have to buy full coilovers
