I ran 245/35/20s and didn't rub at all. Then again I'm a 3G TL, so that may have something to do with it.

You need to stick with a 30 series sidewall to prevent your speedometer from being thrown off.

Don't know, but I would just stay with acura rims I have a TL with the crome 18" and I have a MDX with the crome 19". I'm pretty happy with those, I thought about 22" for my MDX for a long time, but non-acura rims are not hub-centric. It's really dumb to own a luxury vehicle that bounces at 50-80 mph. I wish acura would make bigger rims.

A simple solution for that is hubcentric rings.
