2003 TL S suspension and wheel spacer question

I want to get HR sport springs but don't know which shocks to get. Can someone make some recommendations?

Also, I want to get wheel spacers for the stock wheels when I drop it. Should I go 15mm or bigger for a flush look?

I believe the H&R sport springs for your car give a larger drop in front than in rear, which is usually better for older Honda/Acura cars (look up “boat look”). I’d pair them with some Koni Yellows or KYB AGX, or similar. These shocks have adjustable dampening and adjustable perches which give you a little bit of ride height flexibility. Not sure about others, but Koni has a lifetime warranty.

I’m not a fan of spacing factory (narrow) wheels to that degree, but if you do be sure to get extended studs if you go over 5mm. Or if applicable use a spacer with built-in studs, such as Ichiba V2.

Definitely Koni Yellows.
For 15mm spacers you'd need extended studs and lugs. I'm in the same boat as RedRyder. I personally don't like using spacers, but if I had to use them, I'd only use 5mm ones. A few of my personal friends had problems with their spacers breaking, or wheels falling off because of the spacers.

As long the spacers with built in studs are made out of Aircraft T6 Aluminum and that are hubcentric, you should be fine. You need to also remember to retorque once past 50+ miles or they would lossen up, builds to much stress on your studs and snaps it in half. Happen to me already. Im running on ebay 17mm spacers by DMVmotorsports all around with over 1000+ miles and have no problerms. I did a lot of researh about spacers, took me about a month. The Max MM you can run a small spcaer is a 8mm without having extended studs.

Sure post a pic. Do you know what the stock wheel offset is?

Anyone ever use kyb shocks? Thoughts?

I'm leaning towards to Tein street basis coil overs. But I can save $200 with HR sports and kybs

KYB are nothing more than an OEM style replacement. Get the TOKICO Illuminas at minimum. The Koni Yellow is hands down the best shock available and what i would recommend.
