I installed 18 x 8 in. Rims i got at a good price on ebay.
I am on a budget so i am just going to go with new springs.
I have my eye on .75 front/.5 rear.
Any advice?

H&R sports will give you close to 2" and wont need a camber kit.

it drove just fine.
it could have been better on some aftermarket struts.. but it was more than comfortable enough.
it didnt rub at all... and no... my wheels, no yours are wide enough to require fender work.
