Arrow ~~ Need Rim Help ~~

Hey, I have a 2002 Acura Tl 3.2 Silver

(looks like this)

Currently, i have red brake calipers, and I want to get some rims, the stock is 16 inch i think? Can I get 17 inch rims without having to buy an suspension, or do anything special to the fenders/car for rubbing? And do I need special tires to fit the 17 inch rims? (I plan to use the stock wheels for the custom rims) Also is a 17 v 16 inch rims a big difference? i am leaning towards 17...

Also choice which ones you like and why for the car posted above!

So I could put the 17 inch rims on the stock wheels and I'd be ok right?

(Its a TL - Not a TL-S)

Still taking suggestions!!

Please DO NOT get any of those wheels. They look awful.

You're not going to rub with any 16, 17, or 18 size wheels. Depends on what size tires you get also.

Alright, suggest some other rims that would fit the car to your liking.

I personally hate those style rims. Also I don't think they flow on the TL

3G TL OEM Wheels are always a great option, you can find a whole set for around 2-300ish depending on seller.

Your car looks fairly clean as is. Do you have any plans to mod it out more? If not, I'd probably go for something a lot cleaner, or like the others mentioned, go for 3G stock wheels. It'll keep that OEM look but still be distinctive since you're rocking the 3G wheels.

But to answer your question, I'd go with 3 out of all the ones you posted. If you want a "can't-go-wrong" type of wheel, look for mesh styled rims. They almost always look good on 2G TLs.

I'm just not fawn of the 3g wheels, Ya their nice, but if im gonna buy rims, i rather get them so they look custom at least, most people wouldn't know that their aftermarket if i put 3g on them.

If you're going to get rims and try to get noticed then please do not get 2 tone color wheels.

3G Wheels will make your car stand out, to the people of the modded community of course.

Get some tsx wheels like me if you'd like.

That's exactly what I was talking about "It'll keep that OEM look but still be distinctive..". And I think that's what tOny3 is also mentioning (nice ride btw!), we're also just trying to help.

It does seem you have your mind set on the Konigs, so go for em! With the list of mods you have upcoming it should be off to a good start.

Are you asking if you could put your tires on the 17" wheels your looking at? If so NO.
