Will intake void transmission warranty?

Hey guys. My transmission is giving me major trouble and I'm about to take it in. Problem is I have a short ram intake installed. Will it void the warranty? Should I put the stock one back in before taking the car to get fixed? Driving an 03 TL-S if it makes a difference. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

it SHOULD not, however some service writers like to use that stuff to BS you, so if you have it, just throw the OEM one back in until its fixed.

Technically no they cannot. They would have to prove it caused the failure (highly unlikely.
That being said, if you feel they're going to give you a hard time, put it back to stock.
