Hello everyone I'm new here and trying to see if some people might know what problem I'm having. My alarm semi-works. When I turn the remote start on it turns off after 10-11 seconds for no reason but then wants to turn on again and does it over and over again. I do have one of those nice bit-readers or writers what ever their called but don't know how to use it to program the system fully. Can someone help me with my 1999 Acura TL. Thank's a lot dudes/gales!

Here's the problem the guy who installed it was a co-worker of Best Buy and now he's no where to be found so it was never through a company and I tried connecting everything again to see if I can get it to work but I baught one of those bit-reader's just don't know how to use it right.
