Tonight I got into my car after it had only been sitting for about an hour and started it up, and the engine sounded like it was running king of rough. I don't know exactly how to describe the sound, it just didn't sound very good. Everything looks fine under the hood, and nothing is leaking. It has fresh Mobil 1 oil, and it was 55 degrees out, so the engine was still pretty warm. Should i worry about this? Any ideas of what it could be? or should i just not worry about it unless it happens more often? My car is a 03 TL-s with 53,000 miles on it. any advice would be appreciated
