Why tubes from head plugged
I have tl s 2002. There is a small part mounted on top of the water pump and t-stat assembly. It has 2 tubes that run along the side of the fuel rails then attach themselves to mid way on top of the heads. The tubes are plugged, why? Did the part used to do something ? Please help.
