Where is the IAT sensor located?

Hey peeps,
Does anyone know where to find the IAT sensor on a 2003 TL type-s? Is it a 2 wire or 3 wire?

I had a diagnostic run on my car and both the IAT and O2 sensor are bad. I've gotta replace them this weekend but was trying to find pictures or a diagram.

Hey Paulmnly, what were the actual codes pulled ?

How is the car running ? If the O2 sensor is indeed bad, the cat may need checked. It could be that ya have another issue causing these sensors to show up as a fault code. Have ya done anything recently that may have affected the diagnostic results ?

I'm with 3.2TLc, the code my say that a sensor is reading out of spec but that does not mean that its bad. Never seen it on a TL but I have had the O2 and the IAT both read on another vehicle and it was from an exhaust leak. You can check both sensors on the car with out removing them, I would start there.
