Wheel Bearing/Hub

Acura TL, 2001.

I am in the process of changing my brakes and rotors. I would like to know if it is advisable to change my wheel bearing and hub at the same time time. I have viewed a few YouTube videos about how to check for bad wheel Bearings. And currently, I don't have any of the indicators mentioned in the video. I am the second owner of the car and I have not had any type of major problems with the car.

I always follow the rule "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!", but some of the more experienced guys here may give you some better advice.

How many miles on your car? My 2003 TLS currently has 238K, and shows no indication of front wheel bearing issues. To my knowledge, the 2G front wheel bearings are pretty robust, so changing them out prematurely, may be an unnecessary expense.

Wheel bearings are one of those things that just steadily go bad over time so even though they may not be "bad", replacing old ones may significantly quiet your ride.
