what does little oil

what does a little oil on the bolt between the coils mean. have a 99tl and ive noticed a little oil on those bolts between the coils mean. is that an indication of something i should b getting fixed. i have 189k and runs quiet and smooth

You mean the between the coil packs? That's the valve cover, the gasket may be leaking.

Wipe off the oil and see if it comes back in a few days.
