VSA/ABS/! lights
I have a 2002 tl-s that I bought that had been in an accident. I had the body work completed, and the car looks and drives great. I have the VSA and ABS lights on, however. After I drove it for a while the ! light came on and stayed on. the car was driven from the accident with different size tires on the front and rear. Now they are all the same. I was reading in the owners manuel that different size tires can cause these lights to come on. I tried to disconnect the battery to reset and still have the lights. I am looking for how to reset or check for problems. Also, the radio is locked. I found the code sticker in the glove box but must have put in wrong. I now have an err3 message on the radio. Besides the obvious "take it to a dealer" comment, can anyone let me know what to check? Thanks,

Ok, exact same shit happened to me a week ago.
ABS/VSA - It could be a couple of things, bad wheel sensor (most likely on the side that got hit), or some wiring could be damaged. For me the lights went on after driving around for about 70 miles on a donut and being at the shop for a week. But after a couple of days of driving (250 or miles or so) the lights went off. Same might happen for you, so maybe hold out before you go to a shop.
As for the radio, if you have the code, keep trying to put it in, I dont know why but sometimes it takes a few tries, it took me 6 once.
Also, if you have radio's serial # you can try to talk to dealership into giving you the code over the phone. Ive done this a couple of times at my local dealership and they've done it for me. You cant get the code by holding down presets 1 and 6 on the radio when its off, then pressing the power button. its 10 characters i think 1 letter then 4 numbers twice. call them and tell them you have the code and they might do it for you too. Be polite obviously.
thats about all i know good luck...
