Question Volume Control has a mind of its own!

When I use the volume control on the main unit it sometimes does nothing or even does the opposite of what I want! I'll turn it counter clockwise and it often cause the volume to increase! This freaked me out the other day when I thought I heard sirens and went to turn the music down. I turned it down and the volume went up. I started spinning the knob to the left and it still wouldn't decrease the volume...

Anyone else having this issue?

I had the same problem. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the controls on the steering wheel. 2003 tl-s

My problem was with the volume control on the head unit. The controls on the steering wheel worked fine. The dealer replaced the head unit...
