valve cover grommets.

Just changed the valve cover gasket now I am trying to do these grommets. Do I just cut the old one off and install the new seal. How do I install the seal? Its look like I can just spray some silicon on the bolt and seal and slide it on but its not going that easily.

Don't want to tear cause I hate going to dealer to buy parts. Any suggestions

What gourmets are you talking about? If your changing parts you might as well change it out snall parts are usually cheap even at dealer prices

The grommets that go on the valve cover screws. Nevermind though. I just sprayed some silicone and it worked like a charm
