Two weeks ago I noticed that when I used my turn signals, left or right, they
would flash inside once & stop. It's gotten progressively worse & not I don't
have any at all. YES, I actually USE them!

I changed the fuse to see if that helped & that did not change the outcome.
I'm now finding out that there are two switches to look at. One relay under
the dash and one in the steering column.

Has this happened to anyone else? What happened?

 

I'm not sure on the TL, but my Starion was like that, what i found was a bad turn signal flasher.

 

Thanks for the feed back. I just hope it's the relay under the dash & not the on the steering column... I don't want to have to take the steering column apart.

 

no such thing of a relay being on the steering column , but there is the switch itself though, but considering that both seem to do it though, good chance it might just be the relay though

 

I have a 2000 TL and my turn signal right and left would start and stop.....mechanic replaced the turn signal relay cost $20 thru the Acura dealer 3 prong relay underneath drivers dash....plugs in and works perfect since replaced
