Trunk switch in door broken... :(

Sooo - my trunk opening switch on my drivers door has seemed to just quit on me... Have a 2000 TLP and I swear it worked a week ago... Push the button and nothing. My key FOB works fine, so really Im o.k. - but its still lame.... Any ideas? Is there a fuse I might have blown some weird and random way... Ive done nothing to the car prior to it working and then not. Anything in the way of help is appreciated~
Thanks!

Trunk Switch not working

I noticed the exact same problem just a week ago. I looked through the manual and could find any fuse related to the trunck switch. I'm at a loss here as well. I hate having to remove the key from the ignition to pop the trunk...

I could use some advice here as well... anyone?
