Transmission Stall speed low
Ok so ever since I had my 2000 TL the accelerator pedal has been one of the most sensitive I've ever used. Im kind of used to it but its annoying sometimes I took it as normal at first but now after much research about Torque converter Stall speed test I found that its actually below ''service limit' according to the Service Manual. I cant press the accelerator like other cars even after a rebuild . Wish I can fix it Maybe I should just go on with an 07 AV6 5at swap, any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks

When I press down on the pedal lightly the car jumps forward same as if when wot, If that doesn't explain then its like when driving a car with a clutch and you let it go early. The TPS is at 9.4% at idle and when taking off i have to keep it at 12.0% so I wont get that annoying acceleration.

[QUOTE=DanTL-S;14420934]Well my tranmission blew on me two weeks ago. How does the car feel between gears? Watch your rpms if youre driving and feel something weird.[/QUOTE Damn sorry to hear that you should look into the AV6 tranny read nothing but positive results. Its shifting fine all gears but I have to drive in D4 if not I start feeling weird things that it doesn't do on D4. I already tried a drain and fill of DW-1 fluid which was red anyway.
