Took my 02' TL-S into a honda mechanic today due to a fluid leak around the inner drivers cv boot. They said that the driveshaft was loose where it enters into the transmission and that it was only fixable by tearing down the transmission and doing a complete rebuild. They are not after money, because they said to take it to acura and it should be covered under warranty. My car has 92k miles on it. Acura seems to be hesitant to classify it as a warranty issue. Anyone here ever dealt with this specific issue?
