Both of my 01 TLs do this:

the new TL used to play all burned CDs but after a while started doing the same thing as a used TL i got which is the following;

Some CD-Rs/RWs it plays while others it doesnt. Also, some of the burned discs it plays but stops playing after a while.

As a temp-fix, I noticed its better to skip to a track other than second while the CD is loading.

Anyone else have this problem? (im sure they do), and have you worked out a fix?

 

Yeah, I have a 99 TL and I'm very disapointed about CD player that doesnt play CD-R or CD+R, but new CD only. I wonder if there's an upgrade for this.
