What are the timing belt marks? I'm trying to replace my timing belt and can not get my car timed for a 2001 TL.

 

first set the crank pulley mark to lineup with the tbelt cover, then lineup the other mark through the top left cam hole.

 

there is a white mark on the crank, open the front inspection cover on the head (front one)then turn the crank until the crank lines up with the white mark and that the cam pully is lined up on #1 (they are numbered)
