Maybe. When I lived in south Texas, the local Honda dealership wasn't keen on a wheel alignment on my NSX, even though the process is the same as on a Honda.
As the TL is very similar to an Accord, I'd think they will.

You could have it done at your local Dodge dealership if you wanted to, they wont turn it down. The only reason they would usually turn something down is if it is warranty work or something exotic. (ex, Honda cannot do Acura warranty work)

 

Considering the parts bags say Honda on them, and its the really slow time of year for auto repair.....Call your shop, or drop in and talk with the Service MANAGER.
If not them, most towns have a private honda-acura shop staffed by quality techs
