timing belt DIY?

by the way i have searched everywhere to find out about this. well i am trying to replace my timing belt and i am just wondering if anybody knows a good diy out there or any kind of instructions. i have a frined with all the tools and a lift but he only knows about domestic cars so he with the two of us i think we can do it. plus i only get screwed over by local shops and the dealership. any help i would appreciate. thank you

search for thread completed 105k service
its a complete DIY
you do the timing belt water pump t- belt tensioner, accesory belts and spark plugs when you do it- first real service the car requires
