throttle

hey guys ive got the 2000 tl, and lately my throttle response has slowly been deteriorating.
The car just done feel powerful when im in D5. I feel like there is less power output as i put input into the throttle. Also i was wondering if youlls acceleration pedal is stiff or lose. I did sea foam through the vac line to see if that would work and it just felt the same. So do you guys have any idea in the lag off power when pushing down on the pedal?

how many miles?
change the spark plugs to NGK Iridium IX about 7 bucks each
D5 cruising is overdrive- there is no power until it downshifts to 4th or 3rd is where the real power is
Do you get rpm increase but speed does not? you may have a transmission problem

ive currently got 108xxx miles on the tl and the spark plugs are new (about 8 months old) and yea ive got a little bit of rpm shoot with out go.. but it happens only between the shifts.. i had post a thread a long time ago about that, but anyways ive felt that ive had a transmission problem but am maybe thinking im paranoid.. its the 2nd tranny and it was replaced by the previous owner. Now i really am not sure. i wish an azine member was here in dallas that could help me with this issue =(... i hate when my car isnt above standards.

IMMEDIATLY to the dealer for a replacment trans
Some rebulits die- even one installed today may go out!

If trans was replaced before 2005- it was a crappy one

Trans has clutches- those slip causing rpm increase- especially when shifting
