This info is based on clean title car- not salvage/rebuilt title
How many miles and what year are you driving, is it a type S?
The SRS light may be a sensor that is covered under special 10 year warranty- if the light is ON- the airbags will not work- dealer needs to see the car
CEL due to cat and egr? who says??? the egr port inside the intake manifold gets plugged- you remove the intake-clean everything with some carb spray and reassemble- 2 hours labor if you have never seen an engine before.
Cat is tested at muffler shop for flow and pressure- many do it for free, Cat may also be covered under special extended time/miles Emissions warranty. By Federal law- shops have to document why cat is being replaced and send in a form for every single one they do, so they know how to test them properly.
TCS- could be wheel sensor or other things
Autozone or kragen type store can read the codes from the car- get those and report back here. Acura has a better code reader- but this will point us to the problems- codes are not diagnosis- just clues.

wheel speed sensor is what I meant- it sends info to the computer and traction/abs system
Call acura client services, at 1-800-382-2238 x5 They can tell you about that and the SRS
I dont remember the specifics but I think the cat was 80k miles
Did you recently work on the brakes or suspension- the speed sensor can get damaged then.

How about bringing the car to a auto parts store and getting the codes read. We will be better to help you then.
