Suspension Noise After Highway Miles

My '99 TL's suspension is squeaking and whining up a storm after I put more than 50 miles on the car at highway speeds. The noise occurs when I navigate the most minor uneven road and when I turn the wheel in either direction and seems to only be coming from the driver's front. After the car sits overnight and cools down the noise disappears until I hit the highway again so it's hard to isolate. Definitely not power steering and I have newer half-shafts and upper control arms. Ideas?

"Squeaking and whining" in the suspension could possibly be caused by worn ball joints, wheel bearings, bushings or sway bar links. Uneven or rough surfaces will amplify the sound effects that you're experiencing. Could also be something with the brakes or their backing shields, IDK !!!
