Sticky doors!

So im having an issue with my passanger door where it appears as though the seal is sticking when I try to open it. You have to give it a bit of a pull for it to unstick. Any suggestions on what to apply to it so it doesnt stick anymore? Kinda embarassing seeing my gf tug on the door to hop in when I pick her up from school

Silicone or (what i prefer) 303 Aerospace Protectant <-also works great on dash and door panels.
