I need help. A neighbor of mine jumped my 2003 Acura TL and put the wrong ends on, he put black on pos., red on negative, (like an idiot). Anyhow my car sparked and what not and now my stereo doesn't work. I opened the side panel fuse box and looked at the diagram however there was no listing for the stereo in there. Is it located under the hood? Please help! I have been without a radio for 3 weeks now.

 

Still not found. Come on someone must know.

 

I plugged my smartphone car charger into the 12 volt adapter and all of a sudden my radio stopped working. The adapters stopped working as well. I have looked at every possible fuse box a couple of times and still cannot locate the fuse that needs to be replaced.
Can anyone please tell me where the fuse for the radio/12 volt charger is located and how I can determine if it is actually blown or if there's another problem.

 

Its on the passenger side dash fuse panel. (the TL has 3 panels, drivers side dash, passenger side dash and under hood) the location of the fuse can be found in your manual
