So when i bought my 03 TL S type it had an srs light. (Which i was fine with at the time, and still am to be honest) I pulled the code and it is a 01-01 "open or high resistance in drivers airbag inflator" Also my cruise hasn't worked since I bought it either. (The light turns on when i push the button to the left of the steering wheel, but i can't activate it with the steering wheel controls) So my thought is the a portion of my clock spring is shot, because my radio controls still work. I was thinking of replacing my clock spring, any thoughts? Thanks for any input!

 

 

I have the same issues, replacing the clockspring didn't help me.
Check the connection to your airbag though, maybe the connector just needs to be jiggled.

For the cruise control, iirc there is a piece of plastic on the throttle body for the cruise control and it breaks on most people's cars.
