The SRS light is on. It drives me crazy. How much it will cost to fix this problem?

well, when i went to acura for my srs light(3rd time) they told me that there was a recall on one of the seatbelts that caused the srs to come on......dont really know if they were lying (they usually do) but they fixed it
and about the passenger seat sensor- mine went too, so i complained to them and they fixed it out of good will (warranty was up) and it hasnt came back on

btw...plaza sux!

Don't forget that sometimes putting cell phones in the passenger seat, especially if hooked up to an externall antenna willl cause the SRS light to come on. I have reset mine twice because of this.

Smile srs light off

This morning I took my TL to the dealer, they fixed the problem. They told that it was a failure of the OPDS unit. How cant I prevent this from happening again? By the way, the work was cover by the warranty.

I agree the lifetime warranty on seatbelts should extend to airbags since they're a vital part of the car's safety system and it can mean life or death.
