My driver side head light shut or and off everytime i hit a bump, I've spend $150 to replace the light bulb and it still cuts on and off everytime i hit a bump. I made sure that all connection are secure... Could it be a bad relay? .. Any ideas anybody?

 

It could be the ballast.

 

on spending the money to replace a flickering bulb. A dead bulb is just that, it will not light anymore. Sounds like you have either a bad connection or a bad ballast.

 

You might check the fuse for the headlight itself. Passenger side engine compartment. There is a fuse for each headlight, it may be loose.
